Unlike conventional green chroma key fabrics, Reflecmedia's Chromatte is grey to the eye but transforms for the camera.

The fabric contains millions of tiny glass beads that act as reflectors, bouncing light back to it's source - in this case the directional light from the lens mounted LiteRing.

For the camera the fabric transforms to a perfectly even green chroma key background.

By relocating the colour and the light into one camera-mounted device and removing the need for additional lighting, Chromatte takes chroma key out of the studio and into any controlled lighting environment – an office, meeting room or garage can now be a chroma key location in minutes.
